Chocolate 101 - Come learn the basics of chocolate
by hands on teaching and demonstration. You will learn the
technique of tempering the old fashion way on a marble slab, the
basics of dipping fresh fruits and other household snacks.
Learn the secrets to molding chocolate into fun and delicious shapes
as well as make chocolate dipping sauces that will add a sweet touch
to any party or dinner.
Classes
are held monthly during scheduled sessions or you can schedule a
class for a private lesson of your very own. Class range in
size from 4 - 10 people. You can call to reserve your own
class anytime - there is a minimum of 4 people for a private
class. Class range from 1 1/2 - 2 hours depending on the size
of the class. Great idea for a birthday party or team building
event.
